33 — Potted Plants

  1. In every private garden area, there are several potted plants. Potted plants need to be watered regularly, often or less often, firstly depending on the plant species, and secondly, from the sun exposure of the plant. For long-term tenants, watering potted plants is at the tenant's discretion (→ Chapter 11.2 of Details on Rental Terms).
  2. If a long-term tenant does not want potted plants in his private garden, we shall move them to the community garden, where watering them is then our duty.
  3. If a long-term tenant wants to have his own special potted plants, we are happy to remove the existing potted plants and the tenant is free to put his own potted plants on sealed areas like terraces in his private garden.
