1 — General


Guests and tenants, whether staying short or long at Baan Sammi, are strongly advised to read the chapters of this blog.

This blog contains more than 30 chapters and the table of contents is in the sidebar.

The following chapters 2, 3, and 4 contain important information, especially for your arrival day at Chiang Mai, or at Baan Sammi. Please, read these chapters as early as possible.

All the other chapters can be read after your arrival at Baan Sammi. These chapters are guidelines on the most important aspects while staying at Baan Sammi.

We recommend that you give priority to reading the following chapters in particular: Chapters 5 (doors, door locks, and keys), 6 (modes of transport), 9 (services), 12 (pond), 19 and 20 (water), 20 and 21 (water heater), 22 (washing machines), 24 (garbage), 27 (smoking), 29–32 (unwanted animals), 34 and 37 (emergency).

Upon arrival, we will show you your accommodation, the private garden area, and community areas, hand over the keys to you, and answer your questions.

If you have reserved or booked accommodation with Baan Sammi through an online platform, the terms and conditions of that online platform will apply. These include, among other things, provisions regarding the rental price, cancellation policy, and payment methods.

If you have rented accommodation directly from Baan Sammi, the terms and conditions stipulated in the rental agreement will apply. The rental agreement may also refer to the following three online blogs, the contents of which serve as a Memorandum of Understanding:
