20 — Water Pressure (Community Tap Water)

   There is one big water tank and an inversion water pump serving 3 houses: Plumeria Home, Lychee Lodge, and Clerodendrum Chalet.
2. There is a second water tank and a constant-pressure water pump serving the Tai Saeng Chan Pavilion.
3. There is a third water tank and an inversion water pump serving Dillenia Home.
4. If you stay in a house that is connected to the inversion water pump, there is nothing special to consider, except that the taps should not allow water to flow or drip when the water is not needed.
5. If you stay in a house that is connected to a constant-pressure water pump, please note the following.
6. When you turn on the water tap of a sink or shower, please, turn on the tap to an extent that water flows by constant pressure. A constant water pressure protects the water pump. This is more economical than water saving. 
7. When using the hot shower, fully turn on the tap and set the shower head to maximum water outflow so that changing water pressure and thus changing water temperature is always avoided. If you cannot achieve a constant water pressure, please, let us know, and we will check the equipment. 
8. Please, turn off the water taps without strong force. Make sure the water flow has stopped. If a tap is not turned off properly and water drops, the water pressure switch of the constant-pressure water pump will be activated, hence the pump automatically and repeatedly switches on and off, which would reduce the lifespan of both, the pressure switch and pump.
