20 — Water Pressure (Community Tap Water)

   There is one big water tank and an inverter water pump serving 3 houses: Plumeria Home, Lychee Lodge, and Clerodendrum Chalet.
2. There is a second water tank and an inverter water pump serving the Tai Saeng Chan Pavilion.
3. There is a third water tank and an inverter water pump serving Dillenia Home.
4. As you stay in a house that is connected to the inverter water pump, there is nothing special to consider, except that the taps should not allow water to flow or drip when the water is not needed.
5. There is no longer any house connected to a constant-pressure water pump, which would provide a constant water pressure only when a single tap is fully opened and other taps are kept closed. An inverter water pump, however, provides a constant pressure irrespective of taps being opened or closed in succession. 
6. Please, turn off the water taps without strong force. Make sure the water flow has stopped. If a tap is not turned off properly and water drops, the water pressure switch of the pump will be activated, hence the pump automatically and repeatedly switches on and off, which would reduce the lifespan of both, the pressure switch and pump.
