14 — Outdoor Staircases

   Staircase at Khilek Pavilion
   

   Outdoor staircases are present at Khilek Pavilion, Tai Saeng Chan Pavilion, and Chom Doi Pavilion. 
2. These staircases are not roofed, and step treads and handrails are wooden. The treads may become slippery when wet from rain, or from dew in the morning. When entering, the utmost caution should be exercised, and do hold your hand onto the handrail. 
3. Special attention is needed when you enter the staircase of the Khilek Pavilion because handrails are only on one side. Access to this staircase, hence to the whole pavilion, is not allowed for handicapped people, and not for children under the age of 12 years.
