- We have outdoor pets (several cats and one dog, named Panda) on the property, so we cannot allow further pets, mainly dogs, from guests and tenants to stay on our property.
- Do never invite or allow our pets to enter and stay in the interior of houses.
- You may feed the pets outdoor, e.g., if you have food leftovers from fish and meat. Please, clean the pet bowl immediately after the pets have finished eating to avoid attracting unwanted animals like ants and rats. No open food outdoors during the night or during your absence!
- Adults and children are allowed to play with the cats, but under no circumstances play with Panda, and nobody should get close to or touch Panda. neither inadvertently or intentionally. An adult person may try to make friends with Panda and play with Panda from a distance only, provided he/she is very experienced in keeping dogs. Especially, children always have to stay away from Panda.
- If you dislike pets around your house as they can cause some nuisance, please, don't feed them, don't attract, play, or fondle with them, don't keep any food outside and keep your doors or mosquito screen doors closed. Do keep a bucket of water ready nearby to splash water to the pets when they get too close. To successfully keep pets off from your outdoor furniture, you need to apply a pet repellent spray or deterrent spray, available in stores that offer pet food.
- It happens repeatedly that neighborhood cats, most of them males, roam our property. Currently, in December 2023, there are 5 cats of our own, living on our property (4 female, 1 male), and we don't want any more cats to feel at home here and stay here permanently. Therefore, we urge all of our tenants not to feed other people's cats, and not to keep food for our cats outside overnight.
